Labour Party is at the top of her game and will only wax stronger in due time. Yes we have our differences and it is very normal

Humans are synonymous with conflict, interest and dialogue, that’s what makes us, to now say that LP has so many issues that are so disappointing as some people are now pointing out, thereby crucifying the party is very absurd, sentimental and too judgemental because even in your smallest family circle, religious, social, association, profession etc. you can never eliminate issues..

Therefore, as a party man, woman or youth, it’s paramount to see the party beyond what it may appear to look like and focus more on making the party grow and succeed because if you don’t build, you can’t reap, what you sow is what you reap..

The leadership of the party must as a matter of urgency, do the needful in all ramifications by reconciling all her aggrieved members in every nukes and grannies of the state and even the nation at large, because without members no leadership.

I must say that putting blames on the LP leadership can’t solve the lingering issues but they also must understand that they need to take some of this blames and begin to build back the confidence of the people in the party starting with giving credence, relevance, recognition, due respect to members, creating communication relationship and perpetual consultation with critical stakeholders in the party, the people’s opinions and complaints must be taken seriously, these only show signs of strength on the part of the leadership and not weakness, it will only enhance unity, team work and effective working system within the party, leading to good efficient result.

The leaders must not see party members who show over zealousness, contribute their voice, make suggestions, disagree with their ideas, have inner association within the party as threats and then begin to look for ways of shutting them down or making them irrelevant rather than encouraging them, negotiating with them, tasking them and supporting them and even lobbying them, it’s part of politics, because no meaningful political organization grows without these processes..

In politics we need everybody, including the good, bad and ugly as there are no permanent friends or enemies but permanent interest; but the ability to use these interests for the greater good of all is what make a great leader and will strengthen the party more.

CONSIDERATION TO PUBLIC OPINIONS, CONSTITUTIONAL ADHERENCE, CONSULTATION, LISTENING, RECONCILIATION AND DIALOGUE IS THE ONLY MEANINGFUL WAY TO GROW ANY ORGANIZATION..

LEADERSHIP IS ALL ABOUT PUTTING THE PEOPLE FIRST

Labour party needs to grow stronger together because not one man, group or association can do it alone except by unity and team work

In my view, convention has come and gone, let’s support the leadership as we charge them to do the right things and leave up to the expectations of obidient in Edo and Nigeria at large..

The national chairman COMRADE JULIUS ABURE haven been elected officially for the first time now, he has a huge opportunity to correct the wrongs and understand that it is a lot more rewarding and better to win the people’s heart and lead by example, transparency, constitution, open to dialogue and consideration, leadership is all about the people’s ways and opinions..

OUR NATIONAL CHAIRMAN SHOULD BE SEEN CHAMPIONING THE RECONCILIATION PROCESS VIGOROUSLY.. Starting with the former national youth leader, national leaders, state leaders and members..

I want to strongly use this medium to appeal to all aggrieved LP members to please forgive, forget, be patient with the party and also understand that when you eventually refuse to support the party or get angry and leave to another party, there are always going to be issues because it’s human nature.

where you have decided to pitch a tent with, can never be a bed of roses..

Let’s not forget that the two major political parties have been there for almost two decades and have never ceased to disappoint the people, why do we now want to crucify our party that is not even up to two years since it came to prominence

We must understand that LP is still in an infant stage and that the continuous nurturing and encouragement from all will lead it to it right destination which only the party can achieve together in unity

We have a very compassionate and empathetic personified gubernatorial candidate, BARR OLUMIDE OSAIGBOVO AKPATA, tested and trusted, who is always willing to see all excel and fulfilled, please let’s support him in all ramifications for we really have no time again
